"Mascots" are things chosen to symbolize something. Mascots are used to represent English vowel sounds. Watch the slideshow below, recognizing that publishers also use many other mascots. Whenever the alphabet is the base for assigning mascots (ABC Logic), many sound units will be missing. Whenever MAP units are bedrock, learning is comprehensive.
